The Loving Relationships Training created by Sondra Ray is an educational and experiential resource dedicated to teaching and supporting high quality relationships in all areas of human interaction.

Once you take charge of your relationship with yourself, all your relationships are lifted including the ones with your family, friends, your mate, your career, your body and your relationship to your spirituality.
This unique seminar enables you to locate and release many of the unconscious patterns that tend to create limitations in your life. You will acquire modern technology that produces results in your friendships, business and intimate relationships.

The weekend consists of a series of short lectures, personal sharing, one to one processes, visualizations, written processes, meditations and Breathwork (conscious breathing).

The LRT will enable you to:

- create work that is fun, prosperous and enriching

ABOUT THE WEEKEND
The LRT is led by two trainers who have specialized knowledge, experience and training in the field of interpersonal relationships. Among the topics covered are

 - family patterns
 - affirmations
 - creative thought
 - sex and money
 - body mastery
 - Breathwork

The weekend consists of a series of short lectures, personal sharing, one -to -one processes, visualizations, some writing exercises, meditations and breathwork. While the hours are long, plenty of time is provided for breaks and meals. Because of the emphasis is on ease and pleasure [instead of effort and struggle], the LRT is a fun, easy way to move through a lot of material quickly and to integrate the benefits of the training at the same time.

People of all ages, from all areas of the community - the arts, medicine,
